...the fact that a major even this week was Drew and Delaney both losing a tooth during school, trying to figure out who would get to use the tooth fairy pillow that I had when I was a child and then trying to figure out how the tooth fairy would be able to deliver to both of them in one night! (not quite sure how they get the whole "Santa to every child in the world in one night", yet the tooth fairy is going to struggle with enough coins for two children in the same house, but I try not to ask a lot of questions!)...the fact that Dax woke up on his 4th birthday on Saturday absolutely convinced that his pajama pants were shorter than they had been the night before.
...watching Dawsyn try to motivate Drew to be more aggressive at his basketball game on Saturday by telling him that he needed to get in his opponents face rather than act like he was going to make him a friendship bracelete like he had been.
...watching Dax pick up on Dawsyn's motivational words of wisdom and adding, "Yeah, you mamby-pamby! I'm 4 now, I could beat you up!"
...watching Drew act really mad at both Dawsyn and Dax, but then having his best game yet and actually diving across his opponent to scrap for the ball!
...taking Drake to his first Kindermusik class and laughing when they introduced him as "Drake", but he said, "I Luga" because he is so used to being called "Baby Beluga" by his family!
...and finally, celebrating the night before my birthday by all 7 of us laying on the couch and watching a movie because we finally had a night when we could relax! :)
